Role Description

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and inventory across e-commerce platforms
• Assist with online order processing, fulfilment, shipment coordination and order status monitoring
• Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers and new product launches
• Monitor e-commerce sales performance, stock availability and prepare basic reports
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Assist with inventory records, stock transfers and coordination between retail stores and internal departments

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree student in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related fields
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
