The Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed according to specifications, drawings, and within the approved timeline. The Site Engineer shall interpret construction drawings, conduct site surveys, set out and level the site, and ensure all work complies with project specifications and engineering standards. A minimum of 1 year of working experience in construction or civil engineering projects is required, preferably in building works, infrastructure, or earthworks. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered for junior positions. Candidates must have good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic survey instruments is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a valid driving license with own transport are required. Candidates must be willing to work at project sites and undertake relocation as needed.

The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for implementing and enforcing all site safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967. This includes conducting daily site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, and ensuring that all workers and subcontractors comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The Supervisor will lead toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and on-site safety training for all site personnel. Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB requirements, and local safety regulations is essential. Candidates must have good communication and report-writing skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, the ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure, and be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
