The purpose of the Claims Adjuster role is to settle claims within authority as efficiently as possible. This will include the technical assessment of claims and the formation and implementation of strategies, to bring the claims to swift resolution. The role will involve adherence with all operational procedures and adopting a settlement strategy.
The role will report to the Shared Services Team Leader and will work closely with peers, stakeholders, external suppliers and management to deliver a One Team Approach and advance the implementation of the Claims Strategy.

Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Any Automotive background or any similar field
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal
• Required Skill(s): good computer skills and knowledgeable with Merimen system
• Valid Driving License and owns a vehicle/motorcycles
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided

• General knowledge of the insurance industry, and as an Adjuster
• Follow and comply to procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Able to conduct survey, with logical thinking, followed by report submission
• Able to prioritize, meet timeline, with strong follow up on assigned cases
• Able to work as a team, and communicate with all levels i.e., internally and externally with related stakeholders
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude and willing to learn
• Willing to undertake any other functions or assignments as instructed by superior and management
