Able to liaise with suppliers & forwarding and processing purchase orders, handle administrative tasks such as monitor stock level & prepare forecast, arrange shipment & monitor stock arrival, and manage gifts and premiums. Your responsibilities include relief admin assistant in issuing invoice and other urgent tasks as and when necessary, business analysis & reporting in order to boost sales performance.
*Experience in related industry will be an added advantage.
*Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage.
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
