As an Administrative Intern, you will work closely with our administrative team to support various aspects of our operations such as in billing department, accounts department, warehouse team and logistics team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in administrative tasks, exposure to different departments within the organization, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills for your future career.
Job Responsibilities :
Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records
Update & Manage customer databases
Creating accurate spreadsheets
Assist in any ad-hoc clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Business field or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel/Power Point
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Punctual and possess good time management
Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
Good communication skills.
Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
Basic organizational abilities are required to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is important for maintaining accuracy in sales documents and records.
