and handover.
Good understanding of project management principles
project scheduling
risk management
and quality control.
Experience managing contractors
subcontractors
suppliers
and technical teams.
Strong knowledge of technical documentation
drawings
specifications
method statements
and project reports.
Strong communication
negotiation
leadership
and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
particularly Excel
Word
and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software is an advantage.
Possession of PMP
CAPM
or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
