Monitor product quality and retail execution to ensure consistency in food safety, product handling, storage, preparation across outlets, and identify potential gaps or risks.3. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, incidents, and quality investigations, and verify the effectiveness and timely closure of actions4. Act as the key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Academy, and other stakeholders to drive effective implementation of quality and food safety programs.
