Lead Product Bring-Up: Lead new products from R&D into mass production. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product yield, lower manufacturing costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Characterization: Leverage RF expertise to develop and implement electrical and RF test strategies for validating and characterizing new products prior to manufacturing release.
Risk Analysis & Quality: Partner with R&D early in the design phase to anticipate and solve potential manufacturing issues. Define manufacturing risk assessments (such as PFMEA) to ensure a smooth and stable ramp-up to mass production.
