Responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and support, which include providing hands-on assistance for ticketing systems, POS, access control, turnstiles, workstations, printers, and peripherals. Ensure system reliability by promptly responding to incidents and service requests during operational hours, while also performing proactive system checks and troubleshooting to guarantee that all technology is fully operational before opening and remains stable during peak periods.
Support both onsite and online ticketing systems, including POS terminals, scanners, and payment devices, while assisting with system setup, configuration, and testing for promotions and peak-day operations. Escalate any technical issues or discrepancies to the IT Manager and relevant vendors as needed.
Active maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi) and end-user hardware like workstations, kiosks, and printers. Preemptively address potential failures through routine checks. Ability to quickly identify, report, and facilitate the replacement of faulty equipment, managing warranty claims where necessary, to maintain seamless productivity across all departments.
