Responsible for leading a site-based team numbering over 90 who supervise the three contract packages (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical & Resettlement) to ensure the contracts are complied with. The site-based team is a blended team, comprising a mix of consultant’s staff and staff seconded from the client.
