- Discuss with managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements. Lead, supervise, and support maintenance engineers and technicians in daily operations. Monitor technician performance, attendance, and overtime planning. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training for skill development. Ensure manpower allocation is optimized for maintenance.
- Ensure all production equipment is maintained for high reliability and minimal downtime. Oversee maintenance activities for cutting crimping, assembly, and special process machines. Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in MTBF and MTTR. Identify potential machine failures and eliminate risks before production impact.
