Job Description
To execute 3rd Party Shipment arrangements for warehousing and inbound outbound freight operations
To ensure operational excellent through all phases of material movement for inwards and outwards.
Ensure production schedules are met effectively through proper inwards delivery plan
Drive cost savings through all phases of material / goods movement process
Oversees operational logistics needs, include daily operation use
Coordinate all incoming (inwards) shipments for 3 plants and Outwards Shipment (Mak Mandin plant)
To prepare forwarders' or transporters' quotations, make comparisons and prepare proposals.
To liaise with customs, forwarders and logistic companies for import and export shipments
To assist the superior to establish standards of procedures for delivery(inwards)activities and outwards for Mak Mandin.
Require strong attention to detail, proven and confident decision-making with excellent communication skills
Maintain customs compliance for all import and export processes.
Drive cost savings through all phases of material/goods movement process
Problem solving especially during urgent shipment.
Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Raw Material
Result-oriented and work closely with production and raw material for shipment clearance during urgent order

• Provide system support day to day operation of SAPB1 system and convey resolutions to end user issues
• Undertaken system analysis, system design and SQL script
• Troubleshoot system issue and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet user requirement
• Able to coordinate with IT vendor on discussion, design, testing and implementation of software
• Conduct end user training, guidance and prepare documentations for the process
• Make off site visits to support other branches and report to IT manager on all projects progress

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT
• Possess valid driving license
• Possess minimum three (3) years of working experience in IT and automotive industry
• Required skill(s) and knowledge: ERP, SAP B1 application, MS SQL, SQL Script, Financial accounting knowledge

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management or Environmental Management and Sustainability or Social Science or any other related fields
• Possess valid driving license
• Possess minimum three (3) years in automotive industry and experienced of handling risk, environment management, sustainability, regulatory and corporate affairs.
• Required skill(s) and knowledge: Knowledge in audits, risk management, sustainability, environmental, regulatory, and corporate affairs will be an added advantage. Excellent in Microsoft Office Skills
