- The Sandwichstar will be responsible for taking orders, making sandwiches and dealing with customers. The Sandwichstar must ensure that s/he has adequate materials for the lunch rush – including special orders – cleaning up, and keeping tidy specific areas in the Bar.

- Complete responsibility for morning / evening prep, including: storing daily deliveries, checking deliveries and filing dockets, washing vegetables, preparing salads to recipes, setting up the display fridge. Soup kettles, baskets, condiments, jugs, making sandwiches and rolls to recipe, operating machinery including slicer, scales, coffee, toaster and others, making coffee and tea, ensuring supplies are kept topped up. Observing the hygiene standards laid down in the Staff Manual.
