Job Responsibilities

Initiate research and development efforts to create new products, evaluate current and alternative food ingredients and recipe, conduct sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements. Supervise production trials of customer approved products.

Establish / maintaining and updating the related Standard Procedures, Work Instruction, including the analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredient list, nutritional fact, bakery skill) and document all projects and samples status on time and in accordance to standard procedure. ...
