Forget the traditional, fragmented workplace. We are on a mission to drive digital transformation for mobile-first workforces using Lark, which is the world’s most powerful collaboration “super-app.” As a Cloud Sales Consultant, you won’t just sell software; you will help businesses bridge the gap between legacy systems and a unified, high-velocity digital future.

The Role:

The Hunt: You’ll own the full sales cycle for the SMB and Mid-Market segments, such as prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
Owning the Pitch: You’ll become an expert primarily in Lark, potentially on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure too if you like. You’ll be the one running the demos and showing businesses how to simplify their workflow.
Strategic Problem Solving: You won’t just sell one tool. You’ll learn to spot opportunities for AWS/GCP/Azure (Infrastructure) and pull in our Architects to build the right solution.
Ecosystem Networking: You’ll work directly with partner teams at Lark as well as Google, Microsoft, AWS, and etc. You’re not just an employee; you’re an active player in the global cloud partner network.

We’ve found that the most successful people on our team share these four traits:

1. An Open Mind: You aren’t married to “the way it’s always been done.” You’re excited to learn new products as the market shifts.
2. Quick to Adapt: If a partner launches a new feature or we pivot our strategy, you’re the first one to master it and get it in front of clients.
3. Resilient: You enjoy the “fast-lane” energy of a sales floor. You stay cool when the end-of-quarter pressure hits and keep your eyes on the goal.
4. A Natural Fixer: When a client says “No,” you don’t see a wall, you see a puzzle. You enjoy the challenge of figuring out the real business pain point.

What’s In it For You:

Uncapped Earning Power: We use a tiered commission structure. The harder you hit your quarterly targets, the higher your percentage. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
Real-World Credentials: We pay for your training. You’ll walk away as a Certified Lark Specialist plus foundational badges from Google and AWS.
A Clear Path Up: We have a structured 9-level grading system. We will show you exactly what skills you need to move from a Junior, eventually into Leadership.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years in Sales or Business Development (Fresh graduates with a “Hustler” spirit are highly encouraged to apply!).
Education: A Degree in any field (Information Technology will be an added advantage but not necessary).
Mindset: Exceptional communication skills and a “never-stop-learning” attitude toward the evolving cloud landscape.

How to Apply:

To show us you’ve got that “Consultant” eye for detail, when you apply, please include a short note (2-3 sentences) telling us one thing you think businesses are getting wrong about remote work today.
