Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline; typically 10+ years in PCA/PCBA manufacturing, CM engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering leadership.
