Client Liaison & Servicing: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of DMDC’s clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. The role maintains frequent communication with clients via email, calls, and meetings to update them on campaign progress and gather feedback.
Cross-Platform Campaign Coordination: Ensure that all campaign elements (offline and digital) are executed in a coordinated, timely manner. Work closely with internal teams – media planners, digital specialists, creative designers, content writers – to align efforts.
Support Strategy & Media Planning: Collaborate with senior strategists (Media Manager/Marketing Manager) to develop marketing plans and media mixes that achieve client goals. The executive contributes by bringing insights from the client (e.g. specific requests or industry info) and by doing groundwork like research or initial media briefs.
