The PCBA Rework Specialist will directly support the Product Debug and Failure Analysis (FA) teams by executing high-precision component replacements, circuit modifications, and delicate board repairs. This role requires exceptional manual soldering skills, experience with advanced rework equipment (including BGA stations), and a deep understanding of automotive workmanship standards to ensure modified assemblies are safe for engineering evaluation and re-testing.
