- Manage the social media accounts and monitor trends, engagement, and content performance.- Create engaging content including photos, videos, educational posts, promotional materials, and social media content.- Take and edit photos/videos for daily activities.- Create simple marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and new service launches and paid advertising- Respond to social media comments and enquiries, and direct relevant enquiries to the appropriate staff.- Collaborate with staff to create accurate, informative, and engaging content.- Track social media performance, including reach, views, engagement, and audience growth.- Good written and verbal communication skills with a creative, proactive, and organised approach.- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and comfortable creating on-camera content when required.- Willing to work in a veterinary clinic environment and have an interest in pets and animal care.
