Job Summary

CX One Sdn Bhd is looking for a hands-on Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Sales, Pre-Sales Consultant, and Solution Architect teams in designing, configuring, demonstrating, and validating Contact Centre and Customer Experience (CX) solutions.

This role is ideal for a junior IT professional with basic programming knowledge, strong logical thinking, and an interest in solution configuration, system integration, and technical problem-solving.

You will help translate customer business requirements into practical technical solutions, build customised demonstration environments, configure workflows and integrations, and contribute to technical proposals and tender submissions.

The role combines technical configuration, solution mapping, basic scripting, integration testing, and customer-facing demonstrations. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise Contact Centre platforms, cloud technologies, AI-powered customer engagement, and automation solutions.

This is not a full-time software development or pure sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, configuring solutions, and demonstrating how technology addresses real business challenges.
