Lead the preparation, execution and monitoring of daily / weekly / monthly production plans and detailed schedules in SAP (PP), based on demand forecasts, open orders and agreed frozen-zone rules.
Plan and establish manufacturing sequences according to product characteristics, changeover optimisation, line capacity and material availability; authorise and release production/process orders with full material availability confirmed.
Run the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) cycle and actively contribute to the monthly S&OP process: analyse demand plans versus supply capability, highlight gaps and drive consensus decisions.
