1. Creating freehand sketches of articles to visualize design concepts.
2. Translating research findings into practical and viable ideas that align with consumer requirements.
3. Effectively communicating design specifications to the design team and stakeholders.
4. Engaging with audiences to gather feedback and insights through sketches, blueprints, and prototypes.
5. Utilizing 3D modelling software to develop detailed and realistic designs.
Primary Duties: -
• Prepare Mold specification and checklist.
• Prepare Mold component drawing and assembly drawings.
• Responsible to designing mold and creating 3D CAD Model and 2d Engineering Drawings.
• Workout a complete design of thermoforming mold.
• Document control to ensure document are keep in correct folder and safe in company server.
• Ensure workspace is tidy and clean.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -
At least 1-year related experience and / or training
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -
3+ years’ experience with 3D CAD design required, working knowledge of multiple industry leading 3D CAD programs is desired.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: -
Diploma in graphic and multimedia design or related training / course
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: -
Tool and manufacturing technology, plastics engineering technology
