Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Leadership* Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals* Translate business targets into clear marketing roadmaps and KPIs* Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (digital, content, design, partnerships, etc.)* Work closely with Directors to advise on brand positioning, expansion plans, and new products⸻2. Brand & Growth Management* Own overall brand image, tone, and positioning across all platforms* Plan and oversee brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions* Identify growth opportunities, new customer segments, and market trends* Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints⸻3. Digital Marketing & Performance* Oversee paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), SEO, social media, and content strategy* Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and marketing funnels* Optimize marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment* Set up tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes⸻4. Campaign & Execution Oversight* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (KOLs, agencies, media, designers)* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear objectives* Drive creative marketing ideas while maintaining commercial effectiveness⸻5. Budgeting & Reporting* Plan and manage the annual marketing budget* Track expenses and performance against KPIs* Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management* Continuously improve efficiency and cost effectiveness⸻6. Cross-Functional Collaboration* Work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, and Management teams* Align marketing efforts with operational capacity and customer journey* Support new outlet launches, expansions, and partnerships
