Responsibilities
1. Assist in Account Receivable and credit control functions.
2. Perform data entries.
3. Provide clerical supports to the department.
4. Any other related duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
1. At least a Diploma in Business Study, Accounting or other disciplines.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Computer literate - Microsoft Office & experience in using accounting software is an added advantage.
4. Willing to learn and communicate.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the entire Digitization Unit equipment is functioning as per the business requirements providing output at the required cost levels and efficiency.
- To oversee the entire documentation production (hard copy / soft copy). This entails dimensioning, management of stock, production, packaging, storage and warehousing.
- To ensure that all equipment is maintained adequately to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- To design and create various products to be delivered by the digitization unit.
- To ensure that every delivery meets the design requirements and standards set by the design engineer.
- Setting policies and processes for DU.
- Track, monitor and schedule resources tasks.
- Control and monitor DU costs.
Responsibilities: Oversee the overall Distribution Centre (DC) activities such as managing employees, to ensure the smooth flow of distribution, prepare all the necessary reports & analysis, record keeping & other related matters.
