JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; 2. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions; 3. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively handle logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events; 4. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, providing information, relaying messages, and facilitating communication; 5. Handle special projects and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the CEO; 6. Uphold a professional and welcoming demeanour in all interactions, representing the CEO and the company with integrity. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. 2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 3. Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. 7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. 8. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
