- Carry out routine maintenance and repair works for hostel, office, and campus facilities.Inspect and monitor building, electrical, plumbing, and equipment conditions, and report any issues.Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repair works when required.Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and functional.Perform transportation duties for students, staff, guests, and management as assigned.Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to schedule.Monitor vehicle road tax, insurance, service records, and maintenance schedules.Deliver documents, parcels, and other items as required.Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
