A recognised high-level credential. ICF PCC or MCC, EMCC Senior or Master Practitioner, a chartered or registered psychology designation, or equivalent professional-body standing. Weekend certificates do not meet the bar.
Minimum five years of practice at the level you would be coaching or training into. Coaching CEOs requires having operated with CEOs. Coaching boards requires having sat with boards. We can tell when this is real.
