Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 5. Plan and monitor the on-going company online presence, so as on social media (Facebook and Instagram) 6. Prepare newsletter, posters, banners and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels. 7. Handle customer complaints timely and professionally, making sure that each customer issue is followed up and completed by related parties. 8.
