Responsible for establishing, implementing, managing an EHS Management System (EHSMS) and supporting all document control requirements to Teleflex corporate, legal requirements, value streams management and site EHS for the company in alignment with corporate EHS policies, goals and requirements, while continually improve its effectiveness based on regulation.
In-charge of the overall Occupational Safety and Health initiatives for the company including planning, developing and implementing Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures, and programs in accordance to regulatory requirements, risk assessment and cultural needs.
Investigate industrial accidents and incidents to minimize the reoccurrence and prepare an incident report with the lesson learnt notifications. Investigate the incident using techniques such as PFMEA, RCA, 4P model and/or Why-why analysis. Monitor, analyse and suggest corrective and preventive action in preventing incidents.
