• Learn every product the company sells or services, hands-on at site, working with the senior technicians and vendor documentation. Today that is gas analysers (currently MIR 9000, MGA 20, EL 3000, MCA 10), dust and opacity monitors, liquid and water-quality analysers and the Expo purging system — but the range is not fixed. Any new analyser, brand or product the company brings in, and any ad-hoc instrument a project calls for, becomes yours to learn, document and teach.
• Build a training module per product (slides, procedures, common faults, calibration steps) and deliver it to the team. Where a product is still new to the company — or a one-off for a single project — work out the method: vendor training, manuals, supervised site visits — and document what we learn so the knowledge stays with the company even if the product never comes back.
