The People and Culture Manager directly report to the Hotel’s General Manager with dotted line reporting to the Group Head of People and Culture in Singapore Headquarter – Arcc Group. The role is responsible for driving people strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR governance while supporting the achievement of business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
