Carry out the resins process activities (i.e. pumping, loading, setting, heating, sampling, cooling, etc) for each batch and perform process control and analysis throughout the process to ensure end products meet the required quality and specifications in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform correction in reactor, thinning tank/buffer tank and other vessels to bring the resins/raw material mixture into specifications.
Perform trouble shooting with Senior Process Technician / Supervisor / Process Engineer to resolve process problems as and when required. E.g. discuss on process deviation, i.e. yield loss, faults in equipments and all other accessories.
