Role Purpose
• To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of English following Cambridge English syllabus.
Accountabilities
• Plan and deliver high quality English language lessons which meets the needs of different customer groups, taking into account individual learning styles up to the number of contracted teaching hours
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy and sense of progress
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English language course
Role Purpose:

Accountabilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons aligned with the Cambridge English syllabus, catering to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
Monitor student progress closely, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey and fostering a sense of achievement and autonomy.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development, evaluation, and enhancement of English language courses, materials, and resources to meet the evolving needs of our students.
Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to teaching, including but not limited to lesson planning, assessment, and record-keeping.
Engage in continuous professional development to uphold high standards of teaching and learning, staying updated with best practices and methodologies in English language education.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the teaching team and across other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Wonderlearn's values and ethos.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all students.
Qualifications:
Essentials:
Cambridge CEFR C1 level/TKT/CELTA/Trinity Cert/TESOL or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in education or English related degree.
Teaching qualification or experience in primary education.
Willing to relocate to Taiping
Work Experience:
Proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFR C1 level.
Prior experience teaching English, particularly with Cambridge English curriculum.
Familiarity with safeguarding principles and commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment for all students.
