The Motion Capture Engineer will be responsible for leading the team in the development and implementation of VICON tracking system. This role requires a deep understanding of motion capture technology and hardware. 1. Lead and manage the team in the VICON tracking system. 2. Stay abreast of the latest developments in motion capture technology and hardware and integrate new and innovative solutions into projects. 3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. 4. Work closely with other department heads, particularly with the creative team, to ensure a cohesive and effective workflow. 5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical requirements. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in of VICON tracking system development. 7. Provide motion capture expertise and guidance to the team. 8. Conduct research and development to advance the company's technical capabilities in Motion Capture technology. 9. Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
