Acts as the liaison with Malaysian regulatory bodies (e.g., DOSH, DOE), ensuring compliance through audits, inspections, licensing, and timely reporting.
Leads safety, health, and environmental audits, follows up on corrective actions, and maintains legal and corporate safety documentation. Develops and delivers mandatory training, supports managers in coaching, incident investigations, and promotes a Zero-Harm culture across the plant.
Identifies potential non-compliance and risks, implements corrective measures, and drives programs to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and unsafe practices.
