The Project Cost & Estimating Administrator supports the Estimating and Project Cost Departments by coordinating administrative, technical, and organizational tasks related to bids, change orders, proposals, project documentation, and departmental workflow. This role ensures accurate tracking, organization, and processing of project information while assisting estimators and project cost personnel in day-to-day operations.
Analyze and understand customers' aircraft maintenance requirements and project scope.
Conduct detailed research to support quotation development, including regulatory approvals, parts and kit availability, special tooling requirements, and vendor capabilities.
Collaborate with Procurement and external suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and lead-time information for parts, kits, and subcontracted services.
