The role is critical in coordinating multidisciplinary teams involved in data center construction.Key Responsibilities:Manage overall construction planning and execution.Lead coordination of structural, architectural, civil, and M&E works.Monitor project progress against the master programme.Oversee subcontractor performance and site productivity.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.Resolve technical and construction-related issues.Coordinate closely with project stakeholders and consultants.Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects is highly advantageous.BEM registration preferred.Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.3. Quality Manager (M&E)Location: Johor Bahru, MalaysiaProject: Data Center Construction ProjectReports To: Senior Quality Manager (M&E) / Head of DepartmentAbout the Role:The Quality Manager (M&E) will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance, quality control, testing, and commissioning activities across all M&E systems. This role is essential to ensuring operational readiness and compliance for mission-critical systems within the data center environment.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans and Quality Management Systems.Manage inspection and testing plans (ITP).Lead testing and commissioning activities for critical M&E systems.Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Review non-conformance reports and corrective actions.Ensure proper documentation and project handover readiness.Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 7 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in testing and commissioning of mission-critical facilities or data centers is highly preferred.BEM registration and relevant certifications are advantageous.Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, commissioning processes, and M&E systems.
