Position Responsibilities:
Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and e-commerce platforms, managing audience targeting, budget pacing, and day-to-day performance monitoring.2. Support marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Lazada) and Shopify performance by executing campaigns, coordinating product promotions, and monitoring conversion journeys to support GMV and sales targets.3. Execute CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through Klaviyo, including campaign setup, flow maintenance, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.4. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.5. Support the planning and execution of full-funnel growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, and retention, in line with team objectives and timelines.
