You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible to day-to-day operational function for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the Hyatt brand standard.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3-4 years' work experience as Outlet Manager or Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
