Job Description
To work closely with the respective team members and liaise with them daily to organize workload accordingly.
Customer updates are to be provided daily.
Maintain customer files and create a simple system to be able to retract information from those files with ease.
Understand the workflow of the factory, working closely with other departments such as the shipping department, and finance department related to customer shipments.
Understand the information required from a new customer setup and liaise with the salesman to ensure he/ she is providing all of the correct information.
Orders are to be put onto the system accordingly without delay. If there is a new product all necessary paperwork is required from the salesman to ensure a smooth process.
Assist in the resolution of any logistical issues that arise with clients.
Facilitate efficient communication between sales team members and other departments.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Candidates from a manufacturing background will have an added advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Applicants must be able to work in Klang Utama, Klang-Selangor
Strong verbal and written communication skills- in English.
Able to work independently, assertively, practice, self-driven and analytical skills.
