  • Responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods including overseeing & maintaining finished good’s inventory integrity and also ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, rules & regulations and BRC standard on food safety. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Oversee daily Finished Good Warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. 2. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes. 3. Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency. 4. Develop and implement warehouse procedures and guidelines to improve operational effectiveness. 5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues related to inventor availability or shipment delays. 6. Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures. 7. Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. 8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment. 9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations. 10. Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. 11. Handle all related audits matters 12. Any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned by HOD JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum Diploma in any discipline 2. Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations at supervisory level 3. Experience in managing ASRS & cold room logistic, and commercial networking is added advantage. 4. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. 7. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in warehouse operations. 8. Willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor

  • Job Descriptions: This role is to ensure that the final product observes the company's quality standards. In general, s/he is responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. 1. To plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables 2. To assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs 3. To analyze and investigate product / customer complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements 4. To develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints 5. To assist in continual improvement of quality system in accordance with BRC & MS1480 requirements and monitoring risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development 6. To provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes 7. To conduct internal departmental audit quarterly as per defined guidelines. 8. To prepare, input and submit document data which include but not limited to CPAR summary (every 3 months), raw material & packaging material specification updates, Customer Questionnaire and more. 9. To ensure all latest controlled and approved documents are kept in good order and uploaded to the shared folder from time to time. 10. To undertakes other responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent 2. Atleast 2-3 years’ of working experience in Quality Assurance. Having experience in Food Industry is an added advantage. 3. Excellent computer competence, including database management 4. Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools 5. Analytical, problem-solving, and sharp attention to details 6. In-depth understanding of food industry standards and company policies 7. Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision 8. Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time 9. Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
