The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include setting campaign objectives, managing budgets and bids, building and optimising paid media campaigns, monitoring performance dashboards, and running A/B tests to improve results. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with creatives, product and uiux teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver strong ROI. The role also involves preparing reports, presenting insights and recommendations, and staying up to date with platform updates, market trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
