- Hiring a Social Media Operator to operate and manage social media channels (TikTok, Telegram, Facebook, IG and other platforms). Responsible for publishing videos, posts and community content per content plans, optimizing captions/hashtags/keywords and posting schedules, managing comments and messages, growing and maintaining user communities, tracking performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) and collaborating with content/video teams to improve reach and engagement.
