A corporate level position, as an expert in legal and other requirements of Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and Department of Environment (DOE), candidate is expected to assist the EHS Manager in planning the FFM Group’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) directives, setting goals and driving the EHS performance of the Group comprising 14 subsidiaries at 28 locations. Continuously manage, review, and improve existing EMS & OHSMS Management Systems, implements, oversees, revise, adapt or adopt policies, procedures in compliance with Wilmar Group EHS standards, local EHS authorities and relevant government agency requirements. To work with EHS officers of all entities in aligning EHS practices and executing EHS compliance activities as well as lead the Group in obtaining ISO14001 EMS & ISO 45001 OHSMS certification.
Support the management in providing leadership and advice in implementing an effective Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems (HSEMS) for corporate level and ensure in compliance with the statutory regulations and standard requirements.
Review and update HSE Policy, objectives, guidelines and procedures for continual improvement.
