Responsibilities:
Implement and maintaining company environment, safety and health Policy to meet Malaysia regulation requirement. (DOE, DOSH, Bomba and etc).
Provide system and component design that reduce negative impact on environment.
Assist, monitor and improve plant-wide SHE management system such as water treatment, sewerage, air solution, fire drill, first aid training etc. Carry out or liaise with external lab for lab analysis (MLVSS, MLSS, DO, COD and etc). To key in and analysis data and reported. Waste Water Treatment Monitoring Record and improve accordingly for any variance (daily & monthly). Monthly analysis lab report and chimney report and improve for any abnormal condition
Serve as a technical advisor on environmental policies and standards to ensure regulatory applicability.
Conduct research and technical audits on environmental impact of project, analyze data and perform quality control checks.
Develop resources management schemes.
Provide systems technical evaluation.
Integrate latest technologies into systems.
Address problems and develop environmental solutions to prevent damage.
Work with scientists, planners and experts.
Monitor progress and provide recommendations reports.
Document and maintain plans, requirement, protocols, permits and standard operating procedures.
Assist in HSE Documentation: Support the maintenance and organization of HSE files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations.

TASK / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure the Company’s Safety and Health Management System is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including the International Standards, local regulations, code of practices and legal requirements through continuous review;
• To provide advice, guidance and support to the organization with regards to health and safety legislation, issues and compliance together with all applicable organization policies and practices, referring to Manager as appropriate;
• Overseeing site safety in construction site;
• Preparation and implementation of project safety plan;
• Daily inspection of construction site and ensuring compliance with safety plan;
• Preparation of weekly safety inspection and status reports;
• Conduct safety toolbox meeting with all subcontractors and workers on-site;
• To attend all Safety and Health meetings;
• Inspect and monitor usage of all machinery, tools, fire-fighting equipment, first-aid kits and worker PPE on-site;
• Coordination with subcontractors and verification of their safety procedures;
• Rectification of all identified unsafe practices on-site;
• To lead with investigating incidents and accidents to ensure the timely production of corrective and preventative action plans;
Advise and lead employees and sub-contractors on various safety-related topics;
• Work closely with employees and sub-contractors to ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents;
• To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENT
• Posses a valid Site Safety Supervisor competency license registered with DOSH/JKKP (Must have valid Yellow Book)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction site (Infrastructure)
• Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 years’ working experience in project-related field such as in infrastructure, civil, structural discipline
• Specialized in water treatment plant works
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office application)
