Job Description
• Ensure all order processing activities are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents; PO, DO, INVOICE, QUOTATION & ETC.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Foreigner work permit submission.
• To handle the daily HR duties of an organization and other tasks as and when the need arises.
