Responsible for defining and driving AmBank's AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Group Chief Operating Officer's (COO) division, with a view to progressively extending this to the wider bank.
The role identifies and prioritizes AI use cases, assesses organizational, data and technology readiness to surface gaps that could derail AI initiatives and manages the end-to-end delivery of AI-based projects through vendor partnerships and close coordination with Group IT. The role also builds and leads a team to execute the AI agenda, positioning RACE as a trusted advisor and delivery partner for AI adoption within the bank.
