Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, supporting various HR functions and initiatives. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, allowing you to develop essential skills and gain insight into the field of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates. Participate in interview panels and provide feedback as needed. Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and paperwork. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Assist with the setup of employee profiles in HR systems. HR Administration: Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with employee file management and document organization. Prepare HR-related correspondence such as employment verification letters and probationary evaluations. Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee inquiries and requests. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee recognition programs. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development or process improvement efforts. Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
