Integration Planning & Project Coordination- Lead the planning and delivery of commercial campaigns, programming initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships, digital activations and special projects.- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines and resource needs.- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Monitor progress, resolve issues and manage execution risks.
Cross-Functional Integration- Serve as the key integration lead across Programming, Commercial, Creative & Digital, Production, Engineering, Finance and other functions.- Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment.- Oversee operational readiness, dependencies and resource availability.- Resolve issues and escalate significant risks or constraints to Management when required.
Commercial Campaign & Partnership Execution- Lead the execution of client campaigns, sponsorships, promotions and partnership deliverables.- Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards and commercial objectives.- Translate commercial commitments into clear operational requirements and execution plans.- Monitor campaign performance and oversee post-campaign reporting and evaluation.
