We are a Singapore-based single-family office seeking an Investment Research Analyst to contribute to investment research, security analysis and portfolio decision support. The analyst will develop evidence-based investment views for the principal’s review, rather than undertake predominantly administrative or accounting work. Lead and coordinate Public/Private Markets data, reporting and analytics projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and ownership.
Conduct market / proforma analysis: Focus on assessing proposed hotels by evaluating site utility for hotel operations, analyzing the local market and city, understanding demand patterns, identifying competitive sets, and forecasting demand, average daily rates, and benchmarking costs against Hilton properties, competitors, and industry standards.
Supports Investment Counsellors with client related tasks such as account reviews, investment proposal generation, translations of marketing materials, order taking and trade execution.
Approximately 1-3 years of experience in LNG, natural gas, power, infrastructure, energy markets, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or project finance.
Prepare and present materials used in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising and financing activity
